Finding the right spot took longer than expected, and smartphone GPS sent us to a closed area. Also, I would have appreciated clearer instructions for check-in, as we felt a bit lost upon arrival. Overall, the charm of staying on a boat and the great service definitely outweighed the minor inconveniences.

The parking situation is convoluted, and the Wi-Fi connection process is annoyingly complicated!!! Room maintenance could be improved, as some amenities need urgent attention, such as power sockets and noisy air systems!!!

Plus, the location was on point, right by the river and a skip away from the Old Town. The service felt top-notch, with staff treating us like VIPs!

We did hit a snag with the bed situation. it felt like we were squeezed into a kid's setup!
